Screen and display: configuring the output
Configure resolution, display selection, full-screen mode and kiosk mode in LemonScore for the best scoreboard display on monitors and LED walls.
In the Screen and display area you control how and where the scoreboard is shown. From resolution and monitor selection to kiosk mode, you will find all display options under Settings, Screen.
For the best result, the configured resolution should match the native resolution of your display.
Setting the resolution
Under Resolution, enter the desired width (X) and height (Y) in pixels (for example 1920 × 1080 px). With custom layouts the resolution is locked and is taken automatically from the layout.
Selecting the display
Under Display you will see a list of all connected monitors with their resolution information. Select the monitor on which the scoreboard should appear.
In a multi-monitor setup, the Controller is shown on the main screen while the scoreboard runs on the selected second screen.
Full-screen mode
Enable Screen in full-screen mode so that the scoreboard fills the entire screen. This is the recommended setting for live operation.
Automatic start
With the option Start screen on app launch, the scoreboard window opens automatically when LemonScore starts. Combine this with full-screen mode for a seamless start.
Kiosk mode
Kiosk mode starts the scoreboard in full screen without visible window controls. After enabling it, the application needs to be restarted.
In kiosk mode the window cannot be closed with the mouse. Make sure you can operate the Controller on a second screen or via the Remote Control.
Tips and notes
- Correct resolution: always use the native resolution of the target screen to avoid scaling artefacts.
- LED walls: for LED walls with unusual resolutions (for example 960 × 320 px), enter the exact dimensions under Resolution.
- Check cables: make sure the second screen is connected before LemonScore starts so that it appears in the display list.
- Layout resolution: if you use custom Layouts, the resolution is taken automatically from the layout.
