Lemon Juice GmbH ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our LemonScore software application ("the Software").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Licence keys and authentication data, user preferences and configuration settings, media files you upload (team logos, player portraits, videos, images), playlist configurations and content

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Machine identification: hardware fingerprint for licence validation, application usage: feature usage, error logs and performance data, network information: IP addresses for remote control functionality, system information: operating system, hardware specifications and display configurations

2.3 Licence Validation Data

Licence key validation with our third-party licensing service (Keygen.sh), machine fingerprint for device authorisation, licence status and version information

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Primary Uses

Software functionality: to provide and maintain the Software's features, licence management: to validate and manage software licences, technical support: to diagnose and resolve technical issues, software updates: to deliver automatic updates and improvements

3.2 Data Processing

All data processing takes place locally on your device, licence validation requires an internet connection to our licensing service, media files are stored locally and are not transmitted to our servers

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device, configuration files are stored in the application's user data directory, media files are stored in designated local directories

4.2 Security Measures

Licence data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption, machine fingerprints are hashed for security reasons, no personal data is transmitted to our servers except for licence validation

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Keygen.sh Licensing Service

We use Keygen.sh for licence management and validation, only licence-related data is shared with this service, Keygen.sh has its own privacy policy for its data processing

5.2 Software Updates

Update checks may connect to our update servers, only version information and update files are transmitted

6. Website Analytics and Tracking

6.1 Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GTM itself does not collect any personal data. GTM serves as a technical platform for managing and triggering other web analytics and marketing tags. These tags may, however, collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

6.2 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse your use of our website. The information generated (including your truncated IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers, including in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have enabled IP anonymisation. Data collected includes: page views, time on site, device and browser used, approximate location (country/city) and interactions on the website. Legal basis: our overriding interest in analysing and improving our website (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP). Retention period: 14 months. Further information: Google Privacy Policy. 6.3 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Clarity collects usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including: mouse movements, clicks and scrolling behaviour (heatmaps), anonymised session recordings, and device information and page performance data. Clarity automatically masks sensitive content such as text input. Data may be transferred to the USA. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 6.4 Cookies and How to Object

The analytics tools listed above set cookies on your device. You can object to data collection at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings or by using the opt-out options of the respective providers linked above.

7. Your Rights under Swiss Law

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the following rights: right of access: you can request information about the data we process, right to rectification: you can request the correction of inaccurate data, right to erasure: you can request the deletion of your data, right to data portability: you can request your data in a portable format, right to object: you can object to certain processing activities

8. Data Retention

Licence data: retained for the duration of your licence, configuration data: retained until you uninstall the Software, media files: stored locally until you delete them, log files: automatically deleted after 30 days

9. International Data Transfers

Licence validation data may be processed outside Switzerland, we ensure appropriate data protection safeguards, all transfers comply with Swiss data protection requirements

10. Children's Privacy

Our Software is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by: publishing the new Privacy Policy in the Software, sending an email notification, displaying a notice in the Software
