Where a speculative application fits best
We are a small, remote team. These areas grow with every club that runs LemonScore on match day.
- Sales and club support
- Advising clubs, guiding quotes and staying reachable after the installation. Knowing amateur football from the inside is an advantage.
- LED technology and installation
- Planning LED scoreboards and coordinating commissioning with our installation partners.
- Marketing and content
- Blog posts, match-day photos and campaigns for clubs and their sponsors.
- Software development
- The scoreboard app for Windows and macOS, the website and the customer portal. Experience with TypeScript and React helps.

Send your CV and video
Your CV as a PDF and a video of 1 to 2 minutes are enough. We do not need a cover letter, photo or references for the first step.

Reply within ten working days
You get an automatic confirmation by email straight away and a personal reply within ten working days, even if there is no fit right now.

Getting to know each other
If there is a fit, we invite you to a video call to get to know each other and answer your questions.

Decision
When a role opens up that suits you, we discuss responsibilities, workload and salary openly before you decide.

Every speculative application includes a short video. It lets us get to know you before we set up a call, and it shows us that you have taken a real look at LemonScore.
Unfortunately we cannot consider applications without a video.

- Length
- 1 to 2 minutes.
- Recording
- On camera or as a screen recording with your voice. No camera needed. It does not have to be perfect, a phone recording is enough.
- Tools
- For example Loom (free, in the browser), QuickTime or Cmd + Shift + 5 on a Mac, the Snipping Tool screen recorder on Windows or your phone's camera app.
- Language
- German or English.
- Sharing
- Upload the video to Loom, YouTube (visibility "Unlisted"), Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox and set sharing to "Anyone with the link". Paste the link into the form below.

Your video stays with the service you uploaded it to, we only keep the link. Only the people who decide on your application see your documents. We use them solely for your application, do not pass them on to third parties and delete them no later than 3 months after the process ends, unless you allow us to keep them longer.
