Licensing and activating the software

Set up LemonScore on first launch: start the free demo version or activate a purchased licence with your account or licence key.

When you start LemonScore for the first time, it asks how you would like to get started: with the free Demo version or with a licence you have bought, through I have a license. Activation needs an internet connection.

Start the demo version

The demo includes every LemonScore Pro feature. Each session ends automatically after 15 minutes.

  1. Click Demo version.
  2. Enter your Full Name, Club / Company and Email Address.
  3. Choose a Password and repeat it under Confirm Password. It needs at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
  4. Click Create Account.

  1. Enter the 6-digit code from the email. LemonScore checks it as soon as the last digit is in.
  2. Click Continue.

If you already have a LemonScore account, click Sign in below the form and sign in with your email address and password.

Activate a purchased licence

  1. Click I have a license.
  2. Choose how to activate:
    • Account: enter your email address and password and click Sign In. LemonScore activates the best licence on your account automatically.
    • License Key: paste the key into the field or click Choose license file. Then click Activate license.
  3. Click Continue.

Switch from the demo to a licence

  1. Open Settings › General.
  2. Paste your licence key into the License Key field. Alternatively, use the upload icon next to it (Upload license file) to choose a licence file.
  3. Click Activate.

Current License then shows your plan with the status Active.

Move your licence to another computer

  1. On the current computer, open Settings › General.
  2. Click Remove license, then Confirm. This frees the computer in your licence and LemonScore switches to demo mode.
  3. Activate the licence on the new computer.

Good to know

  • Forgot password? next to the password field opens the website, where you can set a new password.
  • No code received? Check your spam folder. After 60 seconds you can request a new one with Resend code.
  • Back or the Escape key takes you one step back.
  • The plans and their features are listed on the pricing page.
